Step 1: Using scissors, you can cut the brake sleeves to the correct length of your brake lever.
Step 2: Spray some isopropyl alcohol inside of the brake sleeve and on the brake lever. (Soap and water also work, though we have found that isopropyl alcohol is the best!)
Step 3: Slide the brake sleeve onto the brake lever
